How do I make a Guestbook Campaign for “all followers” ?

  1. Navigate to the toolbar on the left and click on “Guestbook”

  2. Navigate to the “Campaigns” tab on the left under the “Guestbook” header

  3. Navigate to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click the button that says “Campaign”

  4. A screen will appear with various options. Click the “all followers” button to create a campaign for all of your followers, and then click the blue “Continue” button at the bottom of the screen. Please note that while all of your followers will see the campaign when they open the Snackpass app, only a select number will receive a push notification about the campaign.

  5. You will have the option to select one of three different types of campaigns:

  • a Promotion is a discount or limited time offer on the item/s of your choosing

  • a Featured Product allows you to highlight a product on your menu without offerign any discount

  • an Announcement allows you to pass important information to your users unrelated to products - examples would be a holiday event or closure

7. To make a “promotion” click on “promotion” to select it, and then hit the blue “continue” button at the bottom right corner of the screen

8. Customize your promotion using the options that appear on the screen. Options include - dollar amount or percentage discounts and store wide or item level discounts.

9. Hit the blue “continue” button at the bottom of the screen

10. Now you’ll need to compose a title and the body of your message. Snackpass provides suggestions that you can select from, or you can create your own.

11. Once you have a title and a message, press the blue “submit” button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The promotion should be live within 24 hours. If Snackpass notices any issues or potential mistakes with the promo, we will contact you about it before setting live.
