Wrap the cable through the 'Caddy'
Route the USB-C charging cable through the open slot on the 'Caddy'
Push the line through the middle grommet opening on the 'Eddy' stand, and wrap the cord around the bottom crevice once
Warning: If you do not follow this step correctly, it will cause damage during the swivel operation
Note: Please make sure enough slack is given to prevent the cable from bending
Align the stand to the Base
Mount the card reader
Place the card reader on the card reader mount and make sure it snaps into place
Plug the USB-C cable into the card reader
Note: please make sure that the cable is securely plugged into the card reader
Connect the card reader cable to the USB-A slot on the charging block (make sure the charging cable is routed through the open slot on the 'Caddy')
Using the velcro strips provided, firmly secure the charging block to the bottom base and tidy up the cabling
Attach the padding sticker on the 'Eddy' stand
Mount the tablet onto the 'Eddy' stand
Plug the tablet into the charging cable
Test that the 'Eddy' properly swivels on top of the 'Caddy'
Note: it should be able to swivel a full 180 degrees
Plug the power cable into an outlet
Confirm that the tablet and the card reader are charging
Note: use an extension cord or a power strip as needed
Turn on the tablet
Connect the tablet to the internet
Note: The register must be connected over WiFi, there is no ethernet connection for the D3 register
Connect the card reader to the device, following this guide
Note: The connection must be over bluetooth for the D3 register
Tidy up the cabling so that it will not get caught or snagged and is as hidden/neat as possible
