Guestbook Loyalty System

Track and manage customer points and store credit with the Guestbook Loyalty System feature.

Snackpass provides a loyalty system that allows you to view and manage your customers' points and store credit. Here’s how to easily access and manage this feature.

To get started, log in to your Snackpass dashboard and navigate to MARKETING > GUESTBOOK.


You’ll be able to see a list of all your customers, including their names, phone numbers, store credit, and point balances.

Managing Customers Store Credit And Point Balance

The Guestbook allows you to adjust your customers' store credit and point balances as needed. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Customer: Find the customer you want to update in your list.

  2. Click the Three Dots (…): On the far right of each customer’s entry, click the three dots to open the options menu.

  3. Choose Your Action: You will have two options: Adjust Point Balance or Adjust Store Credit. Select the option that applies to the change you want to make.

  4. Make Adjustments:

    • To add points/store credit, simply type in the amount you wish to add.

    • To replace the current balance, enter the new amount directly.

  5. Save Changes: After making the adjustments, click ADJUST STORE CREDIT / POINT BALANCE to save your changes.

Note: It's important to highlight that POINTS can be redeemed across all platforms: the Snackpass App, Online Ordering, Kiosk, and Register. However, STORE CREDIT can only be redeemed through the Snackpass app and the Online Ordering Site.

Adding Customers

To add a new customer who isn’t yet listed in your Guestbook (e.g., someone who hasn’t made a purchase yet), follow these steps:

  1. Click the + ADD CUSTOMER button: This is located in the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Enter Customer Information:

    • Name: The name displayed on the profile and in marketing messages.

    • Contact Information: Enter their phone number and email. Double-check the accuracy, as these cannot be edited once added.

    • Point Balance: Set the initial point balance for the customer.

  3. Submit: After entering the information, click the submit button on the bottom right, and the customer will be added to your Guestbook.

Audit Log

To track any changes made to customer information, click the AUDIT LOG button at the top of the page.


This will show you a history of all changes, including any adjustments to point balances or store credit, the user who made the change, and the date of the change.
