Snackpass provides a fully branded website tailored to your business, designed to reflect your brand identity and engage your customers. You'll also have the flexibility to make updates and edits as your needs evolve.
How Can I Get My Own Custom Site?
To request your custom site, go to your Snackpass Dashboard and navigate to TOOLS > WEBSITE in the left-hand menu.
You'll be redirected to a form where you can submit details like your logo, social media links, highlight images, and any existing website. Once submitted, our web design team will create a first draft of your site.
Once your first draft is ready, our team will email it to you for review. You’ll be able to share any feedback or request changes. If you'd prefer a more in-depth discussion, you can also ask the team to schedule a design consultation call.
How Do I Edit My Custom Site?
Once your site is ready, our team will send you your login credentials and a link to the website editor.
After logging in, you'll see two tabs in the left-hand menu: EDITOR and SETTINGS.
Click the EDITOR tab.
Then click EDIT CONTENT at the bottom of the menu.
A new menu called EDIT Site will appear on the left.
At the top, you'll see a dropdown menu with different site views you can edit.
We will go through each view to see what can be edited.
Theme
The THEME view controls the overall look and feel of your site—it's the first thing your customers will see.
Here's what you can customize:
Theme Style: Choose how your restaurant name appears on the landing page—BOLD or ELEGANT.
Font: Select from a variety of fonts to match your brand's vibe.
Theme Presets: Pick from six preset color themes for buttons and accents. Prefer a custom look? You can manually set your background, text, and accent colors.
Don't forget to click ''SAVE CHANGES'' to apply your updates.
Home
The HOME view lets you customize the content of your landing page. Here’s what you can update:
Title: Usually your restaurant's name.
Description: A short description of what your restaurant offers—keep it clear and appealing.
Slide Media: Upload background images for your homepage slideshow. You can add multiple photos.

Remember to click ''SAVE CHANGES'' after making your edits.
About
The ABOUT view helps you tell your story and showcase your restaurant’s personality. You can update:
Images: Add background photos for the slideshow on this page.

Content: Create a compelling "About Us" section so customers can connect with your brand.
You can include headers, subheaders, images, and links—customize it to fit your style.
Don't forget to SAVE CHANGES to keep everything updated!
Locations
In the LOCATIONS view, you can add and customize details for one or multiple restaurant locations. Here's what you can edit:
Basic Information: Add the name of your restaurant and a short description.
Address: Enter the exact address so customers can easily find you.
Hours: Set your business hours for each location.
Buttons: Add buttons that link to other sites or provide contact info (e.g., call, order, or directions).
Be sure to SAVE CHANGES after updating your location details!
Catering
If your restaurant offers catering services, this view lets you showcase key details. You can add:
Content: Provide essential info about your catering offerings, packages, and any conditions.
Button Link: Add a link to a dedicated catering website, if available.
Primary Email: Enter an email specifically for catering inquiries.
Phone Number: Include a contact number for customers to reach you about events or orders.
Don’t forget to SAVE CHANGES to apply your updates!
Carreers
The Careers section is where you can showcase job opportunities and invite people to join your team. This section allows you to include:
Title: A compelling title that encourages candidates to become part of your team.
Description: A short overview of the roles or opportunities your business offers.
Image: A relevant photo that visually represents your company culture or team.
Benefits: Highlight the key perks and benefits your business offers to potential employees.
Open Positions: List all current job openings available at your business.
Application Settings: Specify the email address where applicants should send their resumes and cover letters.
Use this section to attract the right talent and give applicants a clear understanding of what it’s like to work with you.
Events
The Events section lets you promote any event-related services your store offers, helping you attract more attention and potential customers.
Here’s what you can include:
Title: A clear and engaging headline to highlight your event services.
Content: A brief summary of the event services you provide.
Image: A relevant photo that captures the spirit or style of your events.
Contact Information: Include an email address and phone number so customers can easily reach out to book or inquire about your services.
Upcoming Events: Showcase any scheduled events with key details such as time, date, location, price, and an image.
Past Events: Highlight previous events to give potential clients a better idea of the range and quality of events you offer.
Use this section to build credibility and drive interest in your store’s event services.
Announcements
The Announcements section allows you to share important updates directly on your website, such as new menu items, changes to your schedule, store openings, and more.
Here's what you can include:
Title: A clear, attention-grabbing headline to introduce your announcement.
Content: A brief description providing more context or details about the update.
Announcements: Add one or multiple announcements. If you’d like to highlight any as urgent or high-priority, simply check the "Important" box to give it extra visibility.
Use this space to keep your customers informed and engaged with the latest news from your business.
Blog
The Blog section is the perfect place to share the stories behind your dishes, your team, your business journey, and more. It helps build a deeper connection with your audience by giving them a behind-the-scenes look at what makes your brand unique.
You can customize the following:
Title: A compelling and eye-catching title for your blog.
Content: A short introduction that explains what readers can expect to find in your blog.
Blog Posts: Add individual posts that include a title, written content, images, author name, and optional tags to organize topics.
Use this space to tell your story, highlight your values, and engage your community in a more personal way.
Press
The PRESS view lets you showcase media coverage and achievements that highlight your restaurant. This could include:
Awards or recognitions
New location announcements
Articles or blog features about your business
For each article, you can add:
Source: The publication or platform name
Title: The headline or article title
Link: A direct URL to the article
You can include multiple articles to build credibility and tell your story.
Remember to SAVE CHANGES after adding your press features!
Navbar
The NAVBAR view lets you customize the top navigation of your site for a smooth user experience. You can edit:
Navigation Type: Choose between a collapsed menu or a visible menu bar to display your site links.
Links: Add buttons that navigate to different pages like Home, About, Press, Order Online, and more.
Highlighted Link:Use this to feature a key link on your site. Note: Only links that lead to internal pages within your custom site—such as Locations, About, or Press—can be used as the highlighted link.
Don't forget to SAVE CHANGES once you've customized your navigation!
Footer
The FOOTER view allows you to customize the bottom section of your website with helpful links and contact info. You can add:
Links: Include important pages like Gift Cards, Careers, Support, and more.
Social Media: Add links to your social platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Yelp, or even an email address—making it easy for customers to connect with you.
Be sure to SAVE CHANGES to keep your footer updated!
Loyalty Banner
The Loyalty Banner section allows you to promote your Snackpass loyalty program directly on your Snacksite. Once enabled, a ''Join Loyalty Program'' button will appear, making it easy for customers to sign up and start earning rewards.
To activate the loyalty banner, simply toggle the ''Enable Loyalty Program'' switch.
Once enabled, the button will appear instantly on your site.
This feature helps drive customer engagement and encourages repeat visits through your loyalty program.
Loyalty Page
If you’ve enabled the Loyalty Program, you can now customize the Loyalty Page, this is the page customers see after clicking the loyalty banner.
Here’s what you can personalize:
Basic Information: Add a title to invite customers to join the program, a short description, and an image to represent your loyalty offering.
Statistics: Update key stats, shown left to right, including the number of levels, number of perks, and total members.
Membership Card: Customize the card's color and details, including the animated GIF displayed on the page.
Join Button: Define the text that appears on the ''Join'' button.
Use this section to make your loyalty program page visually engaging and informative, encouraging more customers to join.
Editing Your Store's Settings
In addition to customizing your site in the EDITOR, you can also manage important details under the SETTINGS tab. Just click SETTINGS from the left-hand menu, and you’ll see three sections:
1. General
Update your site's key info:
Name: The name of your site. This appears as the meta title on Google and social media.
Description: A short description for your site. Used as the meta description on Google and social platforms.
Snackpass Store ID: Paste your Store ID from the Snackpass Dashboard (SETTINGS > STORE > STORE ID).
2. Domains
Control how your site is accessed:
Subdomain: Set or change your Snackpass-provided subdomain.
Custom Domain: Enter your own domain name if you’re using one.
Note:
Snackpass provides you with a default Snackpass website domain. However, if you’d prefer a custom domain, we can help you register a new one—or connect and manage an existing domain you already own.
3. Appearance
Customize how your site looks when shared:
Thumbnail: Upload the preview image shown when your site is shared on social media.
Accepted formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg
Logo: Upload your logo, which will be used as your site’s favicon.
Accepted formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg
Important: Each setting has its own individual SAVE CHANGES button. Be sure to click SAVE CHANGES after updating each item (e.g., thumbnail, logo, subdomain), as changes are not saved automatically or all at once.
