Snackpass allows partners to set up and configure Auto Boba Machines directly through the Snackpass dashboard.
Please note: Snackpass does not distribute, install, or troubleshoot these machines. However, as a Snackpass partner, you have full access to manage machine configurations within the dashboard.
Auto Boba Machines Dashboard Setup
Auto Boba Machine integration is supported on the Snackpass dashboard, but the feature is not enabled by default. Below is everything you need to know to get started.
How To Enable The Machines Feature
To enable the Auto Boba Machines feature for your store:
Contact the Snackpass Support Team at +1 (866) 868-2146.
Request access to the Auto Boba Machines feature for your store.
Once our team confirms the feature is enabled, you’ll be able to complete the setup directly in your dashboard.
How To Create Machines On The Dashboard
After the feature has been enabled, follow these steps:
Log in to the Snackpass dashboard at https://dashboard.snackpass.co.
In the left-hand menu, go to: Settings > Back of House > Machines
On the Machines screen, click +MACHINE in the top-left corner.
Enter a name for your machine (e.g.,
"BOBA DRINKS MACHINE").
Select the menu items that should be routed to this machine. These will typically include boba drink items.
If any items have modifier groups (e.g., sugar level, toppings), you can select and reorder them. The order is based on the sequence in which they are toggled.
Click CREATE to save the machine.
To edit or delete a machine:
Click the pencil icon next to the machine's name to make changes or remove it.
Additional Optional Settings On Dashboard
Machine IDs help define what appears on the Auto Boba Machine's interface. This step is optional, but recommended for greater control and clarity.
To Assign Machine IDs To Menu Items:
In the dashboard, go to Store > Menu > Items.
Find the category or categories that contain the items linked to your machine.
Click into the menu item you want to edit.
In the item editor, locate the Machine ID (Optional) field.
Enter a unique Machine ID (e.g.,
machine_milktea_v1for a Milk Tea item).Scroll down and click SAVE ITEM to apply changes.
To Assign Machine IDs To Modifiers:
While editing a menu item, go to the Modifiers section.
Either create a new modifier or edit an existing one.
Enter a Machine ID for the modifier (optional but helpful).
Click SAVE MODIFIERS, then SAVE ITEM to confirm all changes.
Tip: Machine IDs can follow any naming convention you prefer, as long as they're consistent and easy to recognize.
