The Label printer is a thermal sticky label printer. The label printer that can be connected to the store via Ethernet connection, and registered through RDB. The purpose of this guide is to help with the setup of the printer.

Installation
Step 1 - Unbox & Verify Contents
A. Unbox the items
Remove each component from its packaging.
Place all items on a clean, flat surface.
B. Verify components are included
Confirm that the following items are present:
Label Printer
Label Roll (Inside the printer)
Power Adapter with Power Brick
Power Cables (2 pieces)
Ethernet Cable

Step 2 - Prepare the Printer
A. Remove the rear cover
Detach the back plate(s) from the printer to access the ports.
B. Confirm WiFi dongle (if applicable)
Check that the WiFi dongle is securely attached to the printer’s port.
If WiFi is not being used, skip this step.
C. Assemble the power cable
Locate the two power cables and the power brick.
Plug both cables into the power brick until they click into place securely.
D. Connect the power cord to the printer
Insert the power cord into the printer’s power port.
For proper alignment: the flat face of the cord should face outward, with the arrow pointing toward the power port.
Step 4 - Connect the Power Cord to the Printer
A. Remove the rear cover
Detach the back plate(s) from the printer to access the ports.
B. Insert the power cord
Plug the power cord into the printer’s power port.
For proper alignment: the flat face of the cord should face outward, with the arrow pointing toward the power port.
Step 5 - Connect to the Network
A. Ethernet connection (recommended)
While the back cover is removed, plug one end of the ethernet cable into the printer.
Connect the other end to the branch router.
B. WiFi connection (optional)
Food trucks and kitchen stations may connect via WiFi instead of ethernet.
This allows for flexible placement, such as setting up a dedicated printer for drinks or specific food stations.
Important Notice: Snackpass Support cannot assist with WiFi setup or troubleshooting for label printers. For best performance, always prioritize Ethernet.
Step 6 - Reattach the Rear Cover
A. Fit the cover back into place
Reattach the rear cover securely.
B. Route the cables
Pull the power cable (and ethernet cable, if used) through the opening in the rear cover.
Step 7 - Power the Printer
A. Plug into an outlet
Insert the opposite end of the power cable into a power outlet.
Use a power strip or extension cord if needed.
B. Turn on the printer
Check if the LED panel lights up automatically when connected to power.
If the panel does not light up, press the power button on the printer.
9. Register the device through the restaurant dashboard or partner app, and run a test print.

Label Printer WiFi Setup
Follow this guide to connect the label printer to WiFi.
WiFi Connection Method
Download the TM Utilities App from the App Store.
Important Notice: The application must be downloaded on a device with an accessible and working camera
Connect the device which has the TM Utilities app downloaded to the active WiFi network.
Note: The network you connect the device to should be the same as the one you will be connecting to the printer.
Turn on the printer, and collect the receipt printout which has a QR code. Keep this receipt.
Note: If the receipt fails to print out, then unplug and replug the printer in.
Open the TM utilities (Epson) application, then tap on WiFi setup wizard & select "L100" as the printer type.
Select your stores network on the list, or type the network name & follow the prompts below:
Note: If the device you are using was connected to the same network you will be connecting the printer to. It will automatically choose the SSID (Network Name) and prompt you to enter the password. Please ensure that you are connecting to the correct network.
Select WPA2-PSK under "Security Type".
Attention: You can change the security type if you are knowledgeable in your networks security parameters/settings.
It will then prompt you to enter the networks password. Connection method will be Auto (DHCP)and a new label should print out with a new IP address.
Your Label printer should now be set-up & connected to the WiFi network. If you encounter any issues, reference the installation guide.
