The Label printer is a thermal sticky label printer. The label printer that can be connected to the store via Ethernet or WiFi connection.
Important Notice: This label printer supports Epson-approved label media only. Damage resulting from the use of non-approved labels is not covered under warranty.

Step 1 - Unbox & Verify Contents
A. Unbox the items
Remove each component from its packaging.
Place all items on a clean, flat surface.
B. Verify components are included
Confirm that the following items are present:
Label Printer
Power Cable
Ethernet Cable

Step 2: Remove the rear cover
Detach the back plate from the printer to access the ports.
Step 3: Power & Network Setup
A. Connect the power brick to the AC wall plug cable. Plug into the power port.
Note: For proper alignment, have the flat face at the end of the power cord facing outward with the arrow pointing towards the power port. If connecting to the internet through an ethernet connection, insert the ethernet cable at this time.
B. Connect the ethernet cable to the ethernet port.
Note: For the most reliable and consistent performance, connect the printer to Ethernet. A properly functioning Ethernet cable should trigger both a yellow and a green light on the port, indicating that the connection is active and data is being transmitted. If Ethernet is not available, follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Wi-Fi setup.
Step 4: Re-place rear panel
Reattach the rear cover securely. Pull the power cable (and ethernet cable, if used) through the opening in the rear cover.
Step 5: Power on the Printer
Connect to a standard outlet. Hold down the power button until the LEDs on the front panel light up. If the LED panel on the printer lights up after plugging into power, the printer is already on.
Step 5: Label Printer WiFi Setup
Follow this guide to connect the label printer to WiFi.
1. Download the TM Utilities App from the App Store.
Important Notice: The application must be downloaded on a device with an accessible and working camera
2. Connect your device which has the TM Utilities app downloaded to the active WiFi network.
Note: The network you connect the device to should be the same as the one you will be connecting to the printer.
3. Turn on the printer, and collect the receipt printout which has a QR code. Keep this receipt.
Note: If the receipt fails to print out, then unplug and replug the printer in.
4. Open the TM utilities (Epson) application, then tap on WiFi setup wizard & select "L100" as the printer type.
5. The app will then be prompted to scan the QR code that was printed.
6. Select your stores network on the list, or type the network name & follow the prompts below:
Note: Since you pre-connected your device to the correct network, it will automatically choose the SSID (Network Name) and prompt you to enter the password. Please ensure that you are connecting to the correct network.
7. Select WPA2-PSK under "Security Type".
8. Enter the networks password. Connection method will be Auto (DHCP)and a new label qill print out with a new IP address.
