How To Update Menus And Hours In Deliverect
Once you're transitioned off Snackpass' Third Party tab, Deliverect becomes your hub for menu and schedule management. Here’s how to stay in control and avoid order issues:
1. Log In
Visit frontend.deliverect.com
Enter the login credentials we sent via email
Missing credentials? Just let us know and we'll resend
2. Manage Your Store & Holiday Hours
Go to Locations → Opening Hours
Set your regular operating hours
Use Special Hours for holidays or closures (e.g., Christmas, staff days off)
3. Create & Manage Menus For Different Times
Deliverect uses menu scheduling instead of category-based availability, giving you control over what's offered and when.
Create A New Menu:
Duplicate an Existing Menu:
4. Schedule Menu Availability (New Version)
Using the updated scheduling feature creates precise weekly menu rotations :
In Menus → Scheduling → Menu Scheduling, click Create Schedule
Enter schedule name and hit Create
Click Add Menu and select the appropriate menus
Use the + button to add multiple menus and times
Save your schedule
Preview the schedule by store for accuracy
Click Publish to activate it for selected locations
Manage schedules—Edit, Duplicate, Publish again, or Delete via the ⋯ menu
5. Publish Menus To Channels
Every time you make updates, make sure to push your menus live:
Go to the Menus page
Click Publish Menus
Select menus and delivery channels, then hit Publish
You can view progress in Operation Reports → Menu Publish
6. Syncing Products From Your POS
If you've updated products in your POS (like adding new items or changing prices):
Go to the left side menu and click on Locations
Use Sync Products, Sync Preview, or Force Sync
After syncing, publish your menus so changes reflect on delivery platforms
Ensure items are present in menus and pushed after syncing
7. Update Items & Handle Sold-Outs
Make item edits (pricing, descriptions) directly in Deliverect
Mark items manually as Sold Out when they are unavailable—this does not sync automatically from Snackpass
Don’t forget to push the updated menu after making changes
8. Best Practices To Avoid Order Issues
Always update menus in Deliverect, not Snackpass
Publish or push menus after every change
Review your menu schedules and item availability before busy hours
Combine Opening Hours with menu scheduling to ensure orders only come through when you’re open
