How Do I Cancel My Third-Party Integration?

If you need to cancel one or more of your third-party integrations, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Snackpass Dashboard and navigate to the left-hand menu.

  2. Go to TOOLS > INTEGRATIONS.

  3. Find the integration(s) you want to cancel and click the three dots next to them.

  4. Select REQUEST REMOVAL and confirm the action.

  5. After that, contact Snackpass support:

In your request, specify which channels you'd like to cancel.

Estimated Cancellation Timeline​

Once we receive your request, our team will forward it to Deliverect for processing. The estimated timeframe for cancellation depends on the third party platform's support, but it usually takes 2-4 business days from when Deliverect submits the request to the platform.
