How to set special hours for the upcoming holiday season

How It Works

  • Add special hours in your dashboard by navigating to Settings → Store→ Special Hours

  • Easily override your standard hours for any specific date. These changes will apply for the entire day, ensuring your customers know exactly when to find you.

  • New scheduled and catering orders conflicting with your special hours will be automatically rejected.

Important Heads Up

  • Pre-Scheduled Orders: Existing scheduled orders will not cancel automatically. Manage these via Order Hub or Order Management on KDS.

  • Third Party Delivery Users: Delivery hours are not automatically synced. Ensure you adjust your delivery hours separately by navigating to Menu → Third Party → Menu Settings. Please add them back once holiday period is over.
