Snackpass gives you the flexibility to easily manage your business hours with our Special Hours feature. This tool allows you to set custom hours in advance for days when your schedule changes or when you plan to close, for instance, during holidays or special events.
Whether you're adjusting for seasonal traffic, managing staff availability, or simply need time off, Snackpass helps ensure your customers always have the most up-to-date information. It’s a simple way to maintain seamless operations, even during busy or unpredictable times.
How Do I Set Up Special Hours?
Setting up special hours on Snackpass is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:
Log in to your Snackpass dashboard using your admin credentials.
Navigate to the Settings tab: On the left-hand side menu, go to SETTINGS > STORE, then scroll down to the SPECIAL HOURS section.
Click on the "+ Add Special Hours" button.
Select the date for the special hours you’d like to set.
In the second column, choose whether your store will be open or closed on that date.
Once you've entered all the necessary details, click the "SUBMIT" button in the bottom right corner to save your changes.
After saving, your special hours will be reflected on the selected date. We recommend removing any expired special hours after the date has passed. To do so, simply click the trash icon next to the entry.
Important Heads Up
Pre-Scheduled Orders: Existing scheduled orders will not cancel automatically. Manage these via Order Hub or Order Management on KDS.
Third Party Delivery Users: Delivery hours are not automatically synced. Ensure you adjust your delivery hours separately by navigating to Menu → Third Party → Menu Settings. Please add them back once holiday period is over.
