Understanding Your Payout Calendar
The payout calendar helps you understand when your transactions are grouped into a payout and when that payout is initiated.
Because payouts are based on Payout Periods rather than calendar days, a transaction may not always appear in the same day's payout, depending on when it becomes eligible.
Note: The times shown in this article indicate when a payout is initiated. After a payout is initiated, your bank will typically deposit the funds within 1–2 additional business days, although processing times may vary by financial institution.
Weekend Batches
Transactions from Thursday evening through Sunday are grouped together and initiated on Sunday evening (or the next business day if a holiday applies). This means Friday, Saturday, and Sunday sales may all be included in a single payout.
How Payouts Work
Transactions are grouped into Payout Periods before a payout is initiated.
A Payout Period is the time window during which eligible transactions complete processing and are grouped together for a payout. Once a Payout Period ends, Snackpass initiates the payout for those transactions.
Any eligible transactions processed after the Payout Period closes are automatically included in the next Payout Period. This means a transaction may not always appear in the same day's payout, depending on when it becomes eligible for payout.
Payout Calendar
The payout calendar below shows each Payout Period and when the corresponding payout is initiated.
Payout Period: The time window during which eligible transactions are grouped together before a payout is initiated.
Payout Initiation: The time when Snackpass initiates the payout for that Payout Period.
After a payout is initiated, your bank will typically deposit the funds into your account within 1–2 additional business days, although processing times may vary by financial institution.
Note: Payouts that would normally be initiated on weekends or bank holidays are initiated on the next business day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why wasn't one of my transactions included in today's payout?
If the transaction became eligible after the current Payout Period closed, it will automatically be included in the next Payout Period instead.
Refer to the payout calendar above to determine the applicable Payout Period for your time zone
Why isn't the cutoff at midnight?
Payouts are based on Payout Periods, not traditional calendar days. Because of this, each Payout Period closes in the late afternoon or evening (depending on your local time zone), rather than at midnight.
Does "payout initiated" mean the money is already in my bank account?
Not necessarily.
"Payout Initiated" means Snackpass has begun sending the funds to your bank. Your financial institution may take 1–2 additional business days to process the deposit before the funds appear in your account.
Which time zone should I use?
Use the column that matches your restaurant's local time zone. The payout schedule is the same for all merchants, the table simply displays the equivalent Payout Periods and payout initiation times for each time zone.
