The timeline depends on whether you are on a daily or weekly payout schedule.

For daily payouts, each payout covers one full calendar day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM in your store's local time.

For weekly payouts, each payout covers sales from Tuesday at 12:00 AM through Monday at 11:59 PM in your store's local time. Weekly payouts are initiated every Tuesday and deposited on Wednesday.

Note: The dates shown in this article indicate when a payout is initiated. After a payout is initiated, your bank will typically deposit the funds within 1–2 additional business days, although processing times may vary by financial institution.

For daily payouts, each day's transactions are grouped together and processed once the calendar day ends at 11:59 PM in your store's local time.

Once the day closes, Snackpass initiates the payout according to the daily payout timeline below.

Any transactions processed after 11:59 PM are automatically included in the next day's payout.

The table below shows each sales period, when the payout is initiated, and when you can expect the funds to arrive in your bank account.

Note: Payouts that would normally be initiated on weekends or bank holidays are initiated on the next available business day.

Daily payouts generally follow a 2-business-day timeline after the transaction date (T+2). The weekend batch groups Saturday, Sunday, and Monday transactions together and is initiated on Tuesday.

Weekly payouts follow a separate fixed schedule. Each weekly payout covers sales from Tuesday at 12:00 AM through Monday at 11:59 PM in your store's local time.

For example, a weekly payout initiated on Tuesday, August 11 covers sales from Tuesday, August 4 at 12:00 AM through Monday, August 10 at 11:59 PM. The payout is deposited on Wednesday, August 12.

The weekly payout cycle is fixed and cannot be customized. Partners can switch between daily and weekly payout schedules, but weekly payouts always cover Tuesday through Monday, are initiated on Tuesday, and are deposited on Wednesday.

For daily payouts, if a transaction was processed after 11:59 PM in your store's local time, it will automatically be included in the next day's payout instead. Refer to the daily payout timeline above to determine when that payout will be initiated.

For weekly payouts, transactions are grouped from Tuesday at 12:00 AM through Monday at 11:59 PM in your store's local time. A transaction processed during that period will be included in that weekly payout, subject to settlement.

Not necessarily. "Payout Initiated" means Snackpass has begun sending the funds to your bank.

For daily payouts, your financial institution may take 1–2 additional business days to process the deposit before the funds appear in your account.

For weekly payouts, the payout is initiated on Tuesday and deposited on Wednesday.
