Onboarding: connect your devices

Follow this guide to walk through onboarding of your new KDS, orderhub, printer, kiosk, register or SnackTV

If you have any trouble following the below setup process, please contact the Snackpass customer support team at +1 866 868 2146 (call) or message us using the Partner App!

Follow the setup/install guide of your particular device. Once your device is on, follow the below instructions:

  1. Make sure your device is on and powered

  2. Navigate to your store dashboard (either through the QR code that appears on the Snackpass device screen or going to the Snackpass Dashboard)

  3. Click on "Devices"

  4. Click on "+ Add Device"

  5. Select your device type (the rest of the instructions will use an Orderhub as an example)

  6. Type in the setup code found on your device (The "Snack Welcome" app should open automatically but if it does not, navigate to it)

  7. Give your device a name (whatever you would like it to appear as in your "Store Devices" page)

  8. Click "submit"

  9. Wait a few minutes while the device restarts itself and follow the rest of the installation instructions for your particular device

Your device onboarding is now complete!
