Installation
1. Place The Base
Position the base on the counter where the kiosk will live.
Insert 2x Type A screws into the base, leaving about ⅛” of space between the screw head and the base surface.
2. Mount The Stand
Align the slots on the bottom rear of the kiosk head with the screws in the base.
Slide the stand into place.
Secure it with 4x Type B screws and tighten all screws firmly.
3. Attach The Monitor Mount To The Stand
Partially insert 2x Type A screws into the stand.
Position the monitor mount onto the stand and fasten it using 2 additional Type A screws at the bottom where the mount meets the stand.
Tighten all screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
4. Attach The Monitor To The Mount
Partially insert 2x Type A screws into the back of the monitor.
Mount the monitor onto the monitor mount, then fasten it with 2 more Type A screws at the bottom where the monitor meets the mount.
Tighten all screws.
5. Route And Connect Cables
Gently pull the following cables from inside the stand:
Guide the cables through the opening in the metal bracket and plug them into the corresponding ports on the back of the monitor.
Note:
Ethernet is the preferred internet connection.
If using WiFi, the Ethernet cable can be placed back into the stand.
6. Secure the Monitor Mount
7. Connect The Card Reader
Note: Ensure the cable is securely connected to the card reader to avoid power or connectivity issues.
8. Position The Kiosk
Move the kiosk to its final location.
Important:
Always lift the kiosk from the stand—never from the monitor.
Lifting from the monitor may cause permanent hardware damage.
9. Connect To Power
Pull the power cable out from beneath the base.
Plug it into a nearby power outlet.
Use a power strip or extension cord if needed.
10. Power On The Device
Wait up to 1 minute for the device to power on automatically.
If it does not power on:
Press the power button on the back of the monitor.
If still unresponsive, double-check all connections at both the monitor and power outlet, then try the power button again.
11. Connect To The Internet
Preferred: Ethernet connection
Alternative: WiFi (ensure network name and password are available)
12. Register The Device
Follow the device registration guide provided by Snackpass to link the kiosk to your store account.
13. Tidy The Cables
Organize and conceal all cables to prevent tangling, snags, or visible mess.
Use cable clips or internal routing when possible.
14. Final Steps
Run a test order to confirm everything is functioning correctly.
You're all set—your kiosk is ready to go live.
