Installation
Step 1 – Prepare the Clamp Mount
A. Position the clamp on the installation surface (shelf, table, or counter). Tighten the clamp until secure, ensuring it’s stable and does not wobble.
Note: Ensure the unit is securely tightened to the surface, as any movement or instability could cause it to fall
Step 2 – Attach the Kiosk to the Mount
A. Slide the kiosk down into place until it clicks securely.
Step 3 – Secure the Quick-Release Mechanism
A. Locate the locking set screw on the side of the mount. Use the thumb screw to tighten and prevent the kiosk from shifting.
Note: Do not overtighten the thumb screw, as this could cause it to break.
Step 4 – Connect the Card Reader
A. Slide the card reader into the dock until it clicks.

B. Connect the USB-C cable from the dock to the kiosk.
Step 5 – Power & Network Setup
A. Connect the kiosk’s power cable to the power brick, then plug the brick’s cable into a grounded outlet.
B. Connect to Ethernet for best performance, or follow the on-screen Wi-Fi setup.
Note: For the most reliable and consistent performance, connect the kiosk to Ethernet. A properly functioning Ethernet cable should trigger both a yellow and a green light on the port, indicating that the connection is active and data is being transmitted. If Ethernet is not available, follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Wi-Fi setup.
Step 6 – Final Hardware Checklist
