Its small footprint and easy setup make it ideal for a variety of environments, from quick service restaurants (QSRs) to full-service dining. By utilizing existing TVs or monitors, it offers a flexible and

cost-effective way to enhance customer-facing spaces.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Unbox And Prepare

Unpack all items from the box

Note: Confirm you have a working TV or monitor with an open HDMI port.


Step 2: Set up remote

Remove the battery cover on the remote and remove the remote USB-dongle. Input the 2 AAA batteries and re-place the battery cover

Step 3: Connect remote USB-dongle

Connect the mouse USB-Dongle into either the left or right USB port of the SnackTV Dongle.


Step 4: Connect power cable

Connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the SnackTV Dongle.


Step 5: Connect HDMI cable

Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the SnackTV Dongle.


Step 6: [Optional] Connect ethernet

(optional but strongly preferred) If applicable, connect the Ethernet cable to the SnackTV Ethernet port.


Step 7: Connect to an outlet and your TV

A. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into the power brick and then into a power outlet. Verify that the device is powered — a white LED will light up on the side near the ports.

Note: A power strip or extension cord may be used if needed to

B. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to your TV or monitor (usually located on the back or side of the TV).


Step 8: Set TV input

Using your TV remote, change the TV input source to the HDMI port connected to the SnackTV Stick, referencing the port's label to select the correct input.

Note: Some TVs have multiple HDMI ports (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2). Make sure to select the same port where the SnackTV Stick is connected. If the screen stays blank, double-check that the TV is set to the correct HDMI input and that all cables are securely connected.
