Installation Guide | SnackTV Stick / Dongle

Install and setup your SnackTV Stick following this process

Note: The SnackTV Stick does not include a TV or monitor. You must supply your own display. Please make sure a compatible screen is available before beginning setup.

Installation Steps

1. Unbox And Prepare

  • Unpack all items from the box

  • Confirm you have a working TV or monitor with an open HDMI port

2. Connect the SnackTV Stick

  1. Plug the HDMI cable into the SnackTV Stick

  2. Connect the USB-C cable to the SnackTV Stick

  3. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into the wall charger, then into a power outlet

    You should see LEDs light up on the side of the device if powered properly
    Use a power strip or extension cord if needed

  4. Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into your TV or monitor

    HDMI ports are usually found on the back or side of the TV

3. Tidy Cables

  • Organize and hide cables so they are not visible from the front of the display

4. Set TV Input

  • Using your TV remote, change the input source to the HDMI port where the SnackTV Stick is connected

  • The label next to the HDMI port will usually tell you which input to select

5. Launch The SnackTV App

  • Use the SnackTV remote to navigate to the SnackTV app on the home screen

  • Click the mouse icon on the remote for easier navigation

6. Connect To Wi-Fi

  • The app will prompt you to connect to the internet

  • Click the blue button and enter your Wi-Fi credentials

  • Use the mouse icon for smoother navigation if needed

7. Register the Device

  • To register the device, please contact Snackpass Support at 8668682146

8. Choose Display Content

Once the SnackTV is registered to your Snackpass dashboard, choose what the SnackTV Stick will display. Follow this guide for more information.

  • Order Ready Screen (ORS)

  • Dynamic Menu Board (DMB)

  • Custom Image Upload
