Snackpass simplifies your order fulfillment process with our 1P Delivery option. This flexible model is designed to meet your business's specific needs, enabling you to provide a seamless delivery experience for your customers.

What's 1P Delivery?

1P Delivery allows your store to manage its own delivery services. With this model, you take full responsibility for handling all delivery orders, ensuring a personalized and direct connection with your customers every step of the way.

How Do I Manage My 1P Delivery?

To configure your 1P delivery service, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Reach Out For Support: Contact our support team through the chat feature in your partner app, call us at 866-868-2146, or email [email protected] to request the activation of 1P delivery for your store.

  2. Provide Delivery Details: When contacting the support team, specify your desired delivery fee and the delivery range radius. This information will help us tailor the service to meet your store's needs.

  3. Confirm Activation: Once our support team has confirmed that 1P delivery is enabled for your store, log in to your Snackpass dashboard.

  4. Access Settings: In the left-side menu, navigate to SETTINGS and then select ONLINE ORDERS.

  5. Set Delivery Minimum: Scroll down to the DELIVERY section and establish your delivery cart minimum—this is the minimum amount customers must spend to qualify for delivery.

  6. Special Delivery Hours: If you have specific delivery hours, toggle on the Enable Special Delivery Hours option. Use the plus (+) icon next to each day to add your designated hours. For example, you can set special delivery hours for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  7. Delete Unwanted Hours: If you need to remove any hours, simply click the trash icon next to the relevant day.

  8. Save Your Changes: Finally, click the Submit button in the bottom right corner to save all your settings.
