Snackpass simplifies your order fulfillment process with our 1P Delivery option. This flexible model is designed to meet your business's specific needs, enabling you to provide a seamless delivery experience for your customers.
What's 1P Delivery?
1P Delivery allows your store to manage its own delivery services. With this model, you take full responsibility for handling all delivery orders, ensuring a personalized and direct connection with your customers every step of the way.
How Do I Enable 1P Delivery?
To get started, simply fill out the 1P Delivery Request Form. You'll be asked to provide:
Your store details and contact information
Your desired delivery fee, range radius, and order minimum
Your delivery hours
Once submitted, our team will receive your request and begin setting up your 1P delivery with the settings you specified. We'll reach out to you once everything is fully set up and ready to go. No further action is needed on your end in the meantime!
How Do I Update My 1P Delivery Settings?
If you ever need to make changes to your delivery settings after activation, you can do so directly from your Snackpass dashboard:
Access Settings: Log in and navigate to SETTINGS > FRONT OF HOUSE > ONLINE ORDERS.
Update Delivery Minimum: Scroll to the DELIVERY section to adjust the minimum cart amount customers must spend to qualify for delivery.
Update Delivery Hours: Toggle on Enable Special Delivery Hours and use the plus (+) icon to set hours by day, or the trash icon to remove any.
Save Your Changes: Click the Submit button in the bottom right corner when done.
1P Delivery Order Info Across Apps
Addresses for 1P delivery orders will appear in various applications and printed formats. Below is a breakdown of how this information is shown:
SnackOS Orders App
The delivery address is displayed as part of the order details within the app.
Orderhub Legacy
The address is included in the order view, following the legacy layout.
Printer Receipts
Important: The delivery address is only shown when using the Condensed Format. Other receipt formats do not support address display.
Note:Label printers, regardless of format, do not display the delivery address. They only show the order channel or fulfillment type, for example, indicating that it is a delivery order.
