Installation
1. Unbox & Prepare
Open the package and remove all contents.
Confirm all components are present (see checklist above).
Place the monitor and mounts on a flat, clean surface.
2. Mount The Monitor
a. Align The VESA Mount
Line up the VESA mount with the four mounting holes on the back of the monitor. Use the bottom holes for the 15.6” display.
Place the quick release adapter over the same holes.
To assist with alignment, insert one screw into a bottom hole to hold it in place.
Note: Support the monitor during this process to avoid drops. Ensure everything is aligned before securing fully.
b. Secure The Mounting Screws
Use a Phillips screwdriver to insert and tighten all four screws.
If thumbscrews are included, hand-tighten instead.
Note: Screws should be firm, but not over-tightened.
3. Attach Clamp Mount
Position the clamp mount where you'd like to install it inside your food truck.
Tighten the clamp securely to the surface.
Note: Ensure the surface is stable and can support the monitor’s weight. Double-check the clamp for tightness.
4. Attach Display To Clamp Mount
Note: Support the display during this step. Confirm that it’s locked in and stable.
5. Lock The Quick Release
Locate the set screw on the side of the quick release mechanism.
Use the provided Allen key to tighten the screw.
Note: This prevents side-to-side movement and accidental releases.
6. Power The Kiosk
Plug the power cable into the kiosk.
Connect the other end to a 120V outlet.
If the kiosk doesn’t power on automatically, hold the power button for 3 seconds.
7. Install The Card Reader
Remove the card reader from its box.
Slide it into the dock until it clicks.
Connect the USB-C end to the card reader and the USB end to the kiosk.
Note: Ensure the reader is fully clicked into place. Double-check cable connections.
8. Connect To The Internet
Option 1: Ethernet
Route the Ethernet cable with the power cable.
Plug into the kiosk’s Ethernet port.
Option 2: WiFi
Follow the on-screen prompts to connect.
Note: Ethernet is more stable for fixed setups. Have your WiFi info ready.
9. Organize And Conceal Cables
Bundle cables with ties or clips.
Route neatly to avoid snags and hide them from view.
Note: Keep cables out of high-traffic areas and ensure everything is secure.
