On your Snackpass dashboard, you can access Hourly Sales Reports, which provide detailed insights into your hourly sales and tips for a specific date range and time frame.
To access these reports, navigate to: DATA > SALES > HOURLY
At the top of the screen, you'll find the following filter options:
Start Date: Choose the starting date for your hourly sales report.
Start Time: Select the specific time you want to begin viewing the hourly report.
End Date: Choose the end date for the report.
End Time: Select the end time for the report.
Once you've configured your settings, click the SUBMIT button on the right to generate your report.
Upon submission, the bottom of the screen will display a breakdown of the following data for the selected time period:
Total Tips: The total amount of tips collected during the specified period.
Tip Percentage: The percentage of tips relative to your total sales.
Total Sales: Your total net sales during the selected time frame.
Total Orders: The total number of orders placed during the chosen period.
At the very bottom of the screen, you'll see a table displaying this data on an hourly basis. For example, if you selected a time period from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the table will show rows for each hour: 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.
In the top right corner of the table, you’ll also find the COLUMNS filter, which lets you hide any columns that aren't relevant to your analysis. Please note, this report is NOT downloadable.
