Third Parties Report

Track and analyze sales by provider with the Third Party Integration Report for Deliverect-integrated partners.

If you're a Snackpass partner integrated with Deliverect, the Third Party Integration Report is a valuable tool for tracking your sales by provider. This report helps you analyze hard data on your sales performance across different providers.

To access this report:

  1. Go to your Snackpass dashboard.

  2. In the left-side menu, click on DATA > MORE REPORTS > THIRD PARTIES.

This data is updated approximately every 15 minutes, so consider this when reviewing the information.

Filters At The Top

You can customize your report by adjusting the following filters:

  • Date: Choose the date range for your data.

  • Channel: Select the channel (e.g., kiosk, app, online ordering, integrations).

  • Provider: Choose the sales provider (e.g., Deliverect).

  • Fulfillment: Filter by the type of fulfillment (pickup, delivery, dine-in).

  • Custom Hours: Define specific hours to filter and view report data within your selected time range.

Once you've set your filters, a doughnut chart will appear, showing your sales by provider. You can toggle between sales or orders by clicking the filter at the top-right of the chart.


In the center of the chart, you'll see the total sales or orders for the selected time period. Below the chart, each provider will be listed with an assigned color, which corresponds to their segment in the doughnut chart.

Provider Breakdown

Under the chart, you'll find the Provider Breakdown Table with four key columns:

  • Orders: The number of orders by each provider during the selected time period.

  • Sales: The total sales value by each provider for the selected time period.

  • Tips: The tips collected by each provider during the selected time period.

  • Taxes: The taxes collected by Snackpass for the selected time period.

You can download the data by clicking the DOWNLOAD button in the top-right corner of the table.
