Payouts Tracking

Track and monitor the status of your payouts with Payouts Tracking on the Snackpass dashboard.

Once you've set up your Payouts information, you can easily view your payout reports. To access them:

  1. Go to the Left Menu: On your dashboard, navigate to DATA > SALES > PAYOUTS.

  2. Review Your Payout Report: You'll see a table with six columns:

    • Payout Period: The inclusive dates of the payout period, which depend on the schedule you chose (e.g., daily, weekly, expedited).

    • Amount: The total amount paid to you, based only on credit card transactions.

    • Payout Initiated: The date Snackpass initiated the payout and sent it to our payout processor.

    • Estimated Arrival: The estimated date for the payout to reach your account.

    • Status: Shows the current state of your payout:

      • Initiated: Payout has been sent to the processor.

      • In Transit: Payout is on its way from the processor to your bank.

      • Paid: Payout has been successfully deposited into your bank.

    • Details: This field shows a description once your payout is completed.

  3. Date Filter (Top Left): By default, the filter is set to LAST 30 DAYS, but you can adjust it to view specific date ranges.

  4. Export Button (Top Right): You can download your payout report as a .CSV file by clicking the EXPORT button.
