As a Snackpass partner with multiple locations, you have access to comparison reports that help you analyze performance across all your locations. To access these reports, you must be an admin for all of the locations you wish to view; if you're only an admin for one location, you won't have access to these reports. To access them, please go to DATA > MORE REPORTS > LOCATIONS.
The locations reports are divided into three main categories:
1. Sales Report
This report provides a comparison of sales performance across all your locations.
Filters At The Top:
Date: The default is set to the last 7 days. You can adjust to options like 30 days, 365 days, a specific day, or a custom date range.
Channel: Filter sales by specific channels such as the kiosk, register, app, online orders, or Deliverect integrations.
Provider: Filter by provider (e.g., Snackpass, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).
Fulfillment: Choose between pickup, delivery, or dine-in orders.
Locations: Select the locations you want to include in the report.
Custom Hours: Define specific hours to filter and view report data within your selected time range.
Key Stats:
Net Sales: Total net sales across selected locations.
Orders: Total number of orders placed.
Items Sold: Total number of items sold.
Average Size Order: Average size of an order across selected locations.
Visualizations:
The report includes four graphs to help you visualize sales data:
Total Location Sales This Week: Displays the sales for the current week.
Sales By Location: Shows sales by location for the selected period.
Day Of The Week Location: Displays average sales for each day of the week.
Time Of The Day: Shows the average sales by time of day.
These graphs can be filtered by net sales or order amount. The SHOW LEGEND toggle helps visualize which data belongs to which location.
Sales Breakdown Table:
At the bottom, you’ll find a breakdown by location with the following columns:
This is the only report that can be downloaded.
2. Categories Report
This report shows insights into your best-selling categories across all locations.
Filters At The Top:
Date: Select a time range (default is last 7 days).
Channel: Filter by specific channels.
Provider: Choose between providers like Snackpass, DoorDash, etc.
Fulfillment: Choose between pickup, delivery, or dine-in.
Locations: Select which locations to include.
Custom Hours: Define specific hours to filter and view report data within your selected time range.
Insights:
Top 5 Categories By Location: A graph showing the best-selling categories across all locations. You can filter this by net sales or order count.
Category Details: For each location, the following tables will shows the ranking of categories:
#: Rank of the category.
Category: Name of the category.
Orders: Number of orders including items from this category.
Net Sales: Net sales for the category (does not include cart adjustments or fees).
This report can also be downloaded by clicking the Download button at the top of the first table.
3. Items Report
The Items Report is similar to the Categories Report but focuses specifically on individual items, offering a detailed view of which products are performing best across your locations.
Filters At The Top:
Date: Choose from various time ranges.
Channel: Filter by specific sales channels.
Provider: Choose between providers like Snackpass, DoorDash, etc.
Fulfillment: Select pickup, delivery, or dine-in.
Locations: Select the locations you want to compare.
Custom Hours: Define specific hours to filter and view report data within your selected time range.
Insights:
Top 5 Items By Location: A graph showing the best-selling individual items. You can filter by net sales or order count.
Item Details: A table for each location showing:
#: Ranking of the item.
Item Name: The name of the item.
Orders: Number of orders containing this item.
Net Sales: Net sales for the item (excluding cart adjustments and fees).
Just like the Categories report, this report can be downloaded by clicking the Download button at the top of the first table.
