The Countertop CPS (Customer Pickup Screen) Gen 2 is a compact, customer-facing display with a low physical footprint, making it easy to place anywhere within the store. Its versatile design provides a clear view of in-progress and completed orders, helping customers track their pickups with ease.

Display: 15.6" LCD panel, 1920×1080 resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio

Input/Output:

  • USB (3.0 host, 2.0 host, Serial)

  • Ethernet (RJ45)

  • DC Power Input

  • TF Card slot

Installation Steps

Step 1 - Unbox And Prepare

A. Unpack all items from the box


Step 2 - Assemble Power Adapter

A. Connect the power brick to the power plug

Note: Make sure the connector is fully inserted before plugging the unit into a power outlet.


Step 3 - Connect Power to the Device

A. Connect the power adapter to the device’s power input.


Step 4 - Turn device on

A. Press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.

Note: The unit will power on after holding the button for 3–5 seconds.
