Snackpass Service Cancellation

Learn how to cancel your Snackpass service and what to expect during the process.

If you've decided to close your Snackpass account, this guide covers everything you need to know, from how to initiate the request and what happens to your billing, to steps you should take beforehand to ensure a clean closure.

Cancellation is not available as a self-serve action. You must contact the Snackpass support team to initiate the process. See the How to Request Cancellation section below.

Before You Cancel

We recommend completing the following steps before submitting your cancellation request to avoid any disruption to your final payouts or data access.

1. Download Your Sales Data

Once your account is closed, access to your Snackpass dashboard, including sales reports, payout history, and order data, may no longer be available. Download any reports you need to retain from your dashboard before your closure date.

2. Cancel Third-Party Delivery Integrations

If your store uses third-party delivery platforms (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub) integrated via Deliverect, these integrations need to be cancelled before your account is closed. To get the process started, please submit a removal request from your dashboard, this allows us to escalate the cancellation to Deliverect on your behalf.

To submit an integration removal request:

  1. Log in to your Snackpass Dashboard and navigate to the left-hand menu.

  2. Go to TOOLS > INTEGRATIONS.

  3. Find the integration(s) you want to cancel and click the three dots (⋮) next to them.

  4. Select REQUEST REMOVAL and confirm the action.

  5. Contact Snackpass support to let us know you've submitted the request (see contact details below), specifying which channels you'd like to cancel. We'll escalate to Deliverect to complete the removal on your behalf.

Once we've escalated to Deliverect, integration cancellations typically take 2–4 business days to process.

3. Confirm Your Final Payout

Any outstanding settled funds will be paid out to your bank account according to the normal payout schedule. Make sure your bank account on file is accurate and up to date before your closure date so your final payout reaches you without issue.

How To Request Cancellation

To initiate cancellation, contact the Snackpass support team directly. A team member will guide you through the process and confirm your closure date.

When you reach out, have the following ready to help us process your request promptly:

  • Your store name and Store ID (found under Settings > Store > Store ID)

  • Your intended last day of service

  • The reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for our team)

Billing After Cancellation

To cancel your Snackpass service, you must provide written notice to us. Depending on where you are in your contract term, additional charges may apply after your cancellation date.

Early Termination Charges

If you cancel before completing your Initial Term or any Renewal Term (as specified in your Order Form), the following charges apply:

  • $500 for each month remaining in your current Service Term

  • 100% of any hardware discount originally provided

These charges become immediately due upon termination.

Low Volume / Inactivity Fee

If your monthly sales processed through Snackpass fall below $10,000, a Low Volume Fee of $250 may be charged for that month. If sales remain below $10,000 for three consecutive months, Snackpass may treat this as a termination, subject to the early termination charges above.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not issued for charges incurred during the applicable notice period. If your cancellation falls during an active billing cycle, that cycle's fee is non-refundable. Charges for any subsequent billing cycles after your effective cancellation date can be refunded if they were collected in error.

Transferring Ownership Instead?
