Integration Request Process
Thursday: New integration requests from Snackpass are sent to Deliverect.
Wednesday (following week): Integrations are typically made live.
If your integration request is submitted on Thursday or after, it will be included in the next week's batch of requests, meaning the process will start the following Thursday. This may result in a slight delay of up to almost two weeks.
This process usually takes 1 week, but can occasionally take 2-3 weeks depending on factors like platform complexity, holidays, or setup issues.
Checking Integration Status
Once your integrations are live, you can track their status in the Snackpass Dashboard:
Go to TOOLS > INTEGRATIONS.
You'll see the requested integration channels (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub).
If there's a green dot next to the integration and it says ACTIVE, it's live.
Factors Affecting Timelines
The above timeline assumes that all required information (such as online ordering links or UUIDs) is provided, and that your platform setup is complete. Third-party channels must be active at the time of the request. If any third-party accounts are inactive, it may cause delays. Please note that it's your responsibility to ensure all third-party accounts are active and properly set up with each platform before submitting the request.
Go Live Updates
Snackpass cannot provide an exact "go-live" timestamp, as the final integration step happens directly with delivery platforms through Deliverect. Real-time updates from these platforms are not shared. You'll know the integration is live when orders from third-party platforms appear on your Snackpass POS system or by checking its status in your Snackpass Dashboard.
