Unbox the SnackTV stick package
Select the TV that you would like to use to display the Order Ready Screen (ORS), Dynamic Menu Board (DMB) or custom image
Plug the HDMI cable into the SnackTV stick
Plug the USB-C cable into the SnackTV stick
Plug the other side of the USB-C cable into the wall charger and into a power outlet (If properly connected, the LEDs on the side of the SnackTV stick will light up)
Note: Use an extension cord or power strip as needed
Plug the other side of the HDMI cable into the TV
Note: Typically, the HDMI ports are located on the back of the TV near the right or left side, but the location of the HDMI port on the TV depends on your specific TV model
Tidy up the cabling so that it will not be visible from the front of the TV
Change the TV input to the correct HDMI input (this will probably be written on or near the HDMI port on the TV that the snackTV stick is plugged into) Using the remote, navigate to the SnackTV app on the desktop
After launching the SnackTV app, the app will prompt to connect to the internet
Click the blue button and enter the WiFi information
Note: You can click on the computer mouse icon to more quickly navigate the mouse
To register the device to your store, follow this guide
From your restaurant dashboard, you can select between Order Ready Screen (ORS), Dynamic Menu Board (DMB) or upload your custom image
