Overview

In our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible service, we have changed our payment integration from Routable to a new service called Stripe Connect, and used it as a powerful tool to build out an entirely new and upgraded Payout experience.

What is Stripe Connect?

Stripe Connect is a payment integration service that offers seamless partner onboarding, streamlined payouts, efficient record keeping, and hassle-free tax form generation. Trusted by major companies like Salesforce, Shopify, Twitter, Lyft, and Doordash, Stripe Connect has been chosen by Snackpass to ensure the utmost accuracy, smoothness, and security in handling your business information, payments, and taxes.

Feature Highlights

Below are the exciting new features and benefits that await you with our new Payout experience powered by Stripe Connect:

  1. Easy and Accessible: You can now conveniently enter and update your up-to-date business and banking information directly on the Restaurant Dashboard, eliminating the need for a third-party website as before.

  2. Heightened Security: Entering and accessing sensitive business information will be limited only to owners and those granted explicit permissions.

  3. Seamless Business and Banking Changes: Need to update your ownership details or bank accounts? With Stripe Connect, we can swiftly support these changes without causing any delays in your payouts.

  4. Breeze through Tax Season: Say goodbye to tax season stress. Stripe Connect will automatically generate and deliver your tax forms based on the business information you provide on the Restaurant Dashboard.

Onboarding to New Payouts

  1. Simply navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Payouts and fill out all the necessary business and banking information. [IMPORTANT] For security reasons, only the owner admin account will have permission to access the Payouts tab. If you are the owner and don't see the tab after logging in, kindly reach out to our support team for assistance.

  2. Once the information is filled out, the payout will automatically be switched during the next payout cycle to the new bank account provided.
