Setup
Place the printer in the desired location on or below the counter
Assemble the power cable by plugging the two cables together at the power brick.
Remove the rear & bottom plate(s) to connect the power cord.
To remove the rear & bottom covers, start by placing your fingers in the opening located at back/bottom of the printer and pull away from the printer
Note: For all models, do not pull too hard to avoid damage to the printer; very little force is needed to remove the plate. Additionally, you may need to free the cable channel by simply bending & removing the pre-cut tab(s). Do not throw this piece away as it can be re-installed.
With the back plate(s) removed, plug the power cord into the printer
For proper alignment: Have the flat face at the end of the power cord facing outward with the arrow pointing towards the power port. If connecting to the internet through an ethernet connection, insert the ethernet cable at this time.

Resolving Print Job Failures
Verify Cable Connections: Ensure all cables are properly connected and fully seated in the desired port
Secure All Lids and Openings: Ensure all lids and case covers are completely closed.
Monitor Print Job Size for Large Orders: Check how many items are being printed - the label printer will not auto-print orders larger than 150 items. If an order comes in larger than 150 items, the labels will have to be printed out individually through the orderhub or dashboard.
Power cycle your printer: Press the power button to turn off the printer and unplug the printer from the wall outlet. Wait 15 seconds, then plug the printer back into the wall outlet. Lastly, press the power button to turn on the printer again.
Note: Ensure you are using a functioning 120v wall outlet.
Check for Paper Jams: Ensure your printer does not not have a paper jam, if it does. Lift the roll paper cover by pulling the tab. Remove the jammed paper, take some receipt paper slack & close the cover.
Important Notice: When a paper jam occurs, never pull out the paper forcibly
Verify Proper Paper Roll Feeding: Ensure the paper roll is fed through the opening properly
Note: The paper should come out from the feed area
Reset Connections with the 'SW' Button: Use the 'SW' Button for Connection Reset. If your printer is facing connectivity issues, whether via USB, Bluetooth, SDP, internet, or Ethernet, gently press the 'SW' button on the bottom of the printer using a toothpick or pen. This will reset the printer's communication settings, potentially resolving network or interface-related problems

Duplicate prints usually signifies that your printer is connected to the Orderhub through multiple connection methods (SDP, bluetooth, WIFI and/or USB). Make sure your printer is only connected through one of these connection types (if it is connected through multiple channels, disconnect all other connections - SDP is always the preferred connection method)
