Time Cards Report

Review employee clock-in and clock-out times with the Time Cards Report.

If you're a Snackpass partner using our Clock In/Clock Out feature, you can access your Time Card reports directly from the dashboard.

  1. To view the report:

    • Go to the left side menu.

    • Click on DATA > LABOR > TIME CARDS.

  2. Time Card Report Overview
    Once you’re in the Time Cards tab, you'll see the following:

    • Employee List: At the top, view a list of your employees with ongoing shifts.

    • Search And Filter: Below the list, there’s a search bar for specific employee time card reports. You can also use the date filter to view ongoing, past, or custom pay periods.

    • Report Table: The table below shows 11 columns of detailed information about each employee's time cards.

Columns In Time Cards Report

  • Name: The name assigned to the employee when added to the team via the Team tab.

  • Identifier: An optional ID assigned when inviting the employee.

  • Job Title: The employee's role within your team.

  • Wage: The wage set at the start of the shift. The average wage for the pay period is shown in the summary row.

  • Shifts: The number of shifts worked during the selected pay period.

  • Regular: The regular hours worked.

  • Est. Overtime: Estimated overtime hours worked.

  • Est. Doubletime: Estimated double-time hours worked.

  • Unpaid Breaks: The number of unpaid breaks taken.

  • Total Hours: Total hours worked, including regular, overtime, and doubletime hours.

  • Est. Wages: The estimated wages earned during the pay period.

Exporting Time Cards

You can download your Time Cards report by clicking the EXPORT button in the top right corner.

Editing A Time Card

If an employee forgot to clock in/out or mark a break, you can edit their time card.

  1. Click on the summary row of the employee whose time card you want to edit.

  2. More rows will appear showing their worked shifts.

  3. Click on the shift you want to edit.

  4. A window will pop up with the employee's time cards.

  5. Click the PENCIL icon next to the employee's name to edit:

    • Clock-in and clock-out times

    • Cash tips

    • Breaks


  6. Save to apply the changes.

Adding A Time Card

If a time card was missed, you can manually add one:

  1. Click the + TIME CARD button in the upper right corner.

  2. Select the employee using the dropdown menu.


  3. Set the start and end times by choosing the date and hours.

  4. Add cash tips if applicable.

  5. Add breaks if necessary.

  6. Optionally, include a note.

  7. Click on CREATE to save the changes.
