Promotions Performance Report

As a Snackpass partner, you can create promotions to attract customers, drive sales, and increase engagement with your store. Every promotion you launch comes with performance reports, allowing you to analyze what works best and make data-driven decisions.

Accessing Promotion Reports

To view your promotion reports:

  1. Go to your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to: DATA > MORE REPORTS > PROMOTIONS.

At the top of the Promotions Report page, you'll find two key filters:

  • Date: Choose the time range for the report. By default, it is set to "This Month", showing data for the current month.

  • Channel: Select which sales channel to analyze. Since promotions can be assigned to specific channels (e.g., online ordering, app, kiosk, register), this filter helps you focus on the right data.

Below the filters, there are two additional tools:

  • Search Bar: Quickly find a specific promotion by name.

  • Status Filter: Switch between viewing live and ended promotions.


Understanding The Promotions Performance Report

The Promotions Performance Report Table includes the following columns:

  • Promotion Name: Displays the promotion's name, type, and discount details.

  • Customers: Number of customers who have used the promotion during the selected time period.

  • First-Time Customers: Number of new customers who used the promotion on their first order.

  • Uses: The number of times the promotion was applied to an item (not the number of orders).

  • Gross Sales: The total revenue generated from orders using the promotion.

  • Discounts: The total value of discounts applied through the promotion.

  • Net Sales: The final revenue after discounts have been deducted.

  • Average Order Size: The average number of items in orders that included this promotion.

  • Status: Whether the promotion is LIVE or ENDED.

Additional Tools

At the top right of the table, you'll find:

  • Columns Button: Customize your report view by selecting or hiding specific columns.

  • Download Button: Export the report as a CSV file for further analysis.

By regularly reviewing your promotion reports, you can optimize future promotions and ensure they are driving the best results for your business.
