Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Unbox & verify Contents
Remove the kiosk from the box. Take out the pole, base plate, and accessories box. Set aside the top foam insert—you’ll use it to assist with assembly.
Step 2: Assemble The Base:
A. Insert Base Into Foam For Alignment - Place the base plate (with yellow sticker) into the foam pocket. Align the hole in the base plate with the foam channel
B. Attach Pole To Base Plate - Insert the pole into the base plate via the foam channel. Rotate gently until it fits flush
Step 3: Secure Pole With Screws
Tighten all 4x BM3 screws to lock the pole into place
Important: During Steps 2 & 3, ensure the pole is securely fastened to the base and that no unpainted metal is visible. This ensures a flush, stable fit. Double-check the bottom of the pole to confirm the metal extrusion is properly aligned with the opening in the base plate.
Step 4: Connect Power Cable (Pole → Base)
Connect the power cable inside the pole to the base. Make sure the connector clicks into place. Tuck away any slack to allow the base plate cover to snap back on.
Step 5: [Optional] Rubber Feet Removal
To enable mobility with the kiosk wheels, remove the rubber feet - Use the yellow & black screwdriver to unscrew the 4 rubber feet.
Note: Snackpass recommends leaving the rubber feet attached for stability in most restaurant configurations. Removing the feet may reduce stability during customer use. Only do this if necessary for mobility.
Step 6: Upright The Kiosk
Carefully lift the kiosk from the pole and base (do not lift from the screen). Snap the base plate cover back into place.
Step 7: Attach display to stand
A. Prep The display - Remove the dust cover and unscrew the port cover. Attach the card reader plate to the top two screws on the back of the monitor. Slightly tighten the screws—final tightening will come later.
Note: Leave enough thread exposed for the mounting hooks.
B. Mount The display To The Pole - Hang the screen assembly onto the mounting panel using the top slots. Secure with PMW4*9 screws. Fully tighten the top two pre-attached screws
Note: Avoid overtightening screws to prevent damage.
Step 8: Connect Display Cable (Pole → Screen)
Connect the power/display cable from the pole to the screen. Ensure the cable clicks firmly into the display port
Step 9: Reattach The Pole Cap Cover
Align the arrow on the pole cap with the dot on the mount. Magnets will help lock it into place
Step 10: Adjust Kiosk Height
Remove the tape from the top of the pole. Slide the screen to your preferred height.
Note: You may use the included velcro straps to lock to your desired height.
Step 11: Power & Network
A. Plug into a a standard outlet, the kiosk will automatically turn on. Check for a green or red LED indicator on the base.
B. Internet Connection - Connect the ethernet cable to the ethernet port. or follow on-screen prompts to connect to WiFi
Step 12: Card Reader Installation
Slide the card reader into the dock until it clicks. Connect the USB-C 90 degree side to the card reader and the straight USB-C end to the kiosk's USB-C port.
