Installation
1. Assemble The Floor Stand
Step 1: Unpack and Prepare
Remove the pole and base from the packaging.
Locate the Allen key and four torx screws.
Step 2: Attach Base To Pole
Align the base plate with the bottom of the pole.
Use the Allen key to rotate and tighten each of the 4 screws clockwise.
⚠️ Ensure the orientation of the pole and base matches the reference graphic.
2. Prepare Cable Channels
Step 3: Remove Grommets
Remove the rubber grommets from both cable channel openings:
3. Install The Screen
Step 4: Route Cables
From the separate screen box, locate:
Power cable
Ethernet cable (if applicable)
Route these through the bottom cable opening in the pole.
Step 5: Mount The Screen
Align the screen with the VESA mount on the pole.
Insert the upper two screws but do not tighten yet.
🔒 Ensure screws are secure enough to support the screen before letting go.
4. Attach The Card Reader Dock
Step 6: Install The Dock
Slide the card reader dock between the screen and mount.
Ensure open slots face the screws, then slide upward and to the right.
💡 For 21.5" screens: use top slots.
💡 For 15.6" screens: use bottom slots.
Step 7: Finalize Mounting
5. Connect The Card Reader
Step 8: Plug In USB-C
Use the included USB-C cable:
Connect the straight end to the bottom of the screen.
Connect the 90-degree end to the M2 Card Reader.
Step 9: Mount The Reader
Align the M2 reader's back plate with the two plastic dock walls.
Slide downward until it locks into place.
6. Power and Internet Connection
Step 10: Position The Kiosk
Place the kiosk at your preferred location.
Step 11: Power On
Plug into a standard 120V outlet.
If it doesn’t power on automatically, press and hold the power button (on the back of the screen) until it turns on.
Step 12: Connect To Internet
Ethernet (preferred):
Route cable through the same channel as power.
Plug into the screen’s ethernet port.
WiFi:
Follow the on-screen prompts.
💡 Ethernet is preferred for reliability. Ensure the cable was routed correctly in Step 4.
7. Final Steps
Register the device to your store [see registration guide].
Connect the card reader to the kiosk [see card reader guide].
Tidy up cables to prevent snags and keep everything clean and secure.
✅ Setup Complete
