As a Snackpass partner, you have access to valuable customer data that allows you to analyze ordering patterns and track customer behavior. With this information, you can make informed decisions to improve customer engagement and sales. Follow the steps below to access your customer report and explore the detailed insights it provides.
How To Access The Customer Report
Customizing Your Report
At the top of the report, you'll see the DATE filter. By default, this is set to "Last 30 Days," but you can customize the date range to see customer data for a specific time period. To do so, simply click on the date filter and select your desired range.
Below the date filter, you’ll find the SEARCH bar, which allows you to search for a specific customer and view their data.
Understanding The Customer Report Table
Your customer report consists of a table with twelve columns. It’s important to note that you can use the COLUMNS filter at the top-right of the table to uncheck any columns you don’t need, though by default, all columns are visible.
The columns in the customer table are:
Name: The name registered by the customer in the app or the name they entered when ordering at a kiosk or register. If they didn’t provide a name during the order, "REGISTER CUSTOMER" will be displayed for those orders.
Lifetime Rank: This rank shows the customer’s standing in your store’s lifetime ranking, where 1 represents the most loyal customer.
Lifetime Spent: The total amount of money the customer has spent at your store since their first order.
Lifetime Orders: The total number of orders the customer has placed at your store since they started ordering.
Customer Since: The date the customer first became a part of your store's customer base.
Last Order: The date the customer placed their most recent order.
Frequency: The average weekly frequency at which the customer places orders.
Total Spent: The total amount of money the customer has spent during the time period you’ve selected.
Total Orders: The total number of orders placed by the customer during the selected time period.
App Orders: The total number of orders placed via the Snackpass app during the selected time period.
Kiosk Orders: The total number of orders placed via kiosk or register during the selected time period.
Online Orders: The total number of orders placed via the Online Ordering site during the selected time period.
Exporting The Report
In the top-right corner of the table, you'll find the COLUMNS button to hide or unhide columns based on your needs. To the right of that, there’s an EXPORT button, which allows you to download the report as a .CSV file.
If you choose to export the data, please make sure to carefully review the terms and conditions for accessing this data. Once you've read and agreed to the terms, click AGREE AND CONTINUE to download the report.
