Payout Report

View your payout history, track deposit status, and download detailed transaction reports for each payout.

You can view all of your Snackpass payout history from your Restaurant Dashboard. To learn more about how payout schedules work, check out our Payout Schedules article.

On the left side menu, go to Data > Sales > Payouts.

Your payout history will display as a table with the following columns:

  • Payout Period: The window during which your transactions settled and became available for payout. This is not the same as your sales period, settlement doesn't happen instantly, so some sales made during this date range may settle later and appear in a future payout, while sales from earlier dates may be included here instead. Settlement timing can vary based on payment method, business type, weekends, holidays, and bank processing timelines.

  • Amount: The total dollar amount deposited into your bank account for this payout.

  • Payout Initiated: The date your funds finished settling and the payout was triggered. This is when the money left Snackpass and began moving toward your bank account.

  • Estimated Arrival: The expected date the funds will be deposited into your bank account. This is separate from when the payout was initiated. Once sent, your bank's own processing determines when the deposit actually lands. Actual timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Status: The current status of the payout: either INITIATED, IN TRANSIT, or PAID.

  • Full Payout Report: A downloadable report with the complete breakdown of all transactions, refunds, adjustments, and fees included in this payout. Click Download on any row to export.

You can also adjust the date range for your payout history using the date filter in the upper left, which defaults to Last 30 Days.
