With Smart Receipt, you get real-time updates on your place in line, detailed store location information, and a comprehensive itemized receipt. In the unlikely event of a delay, our system promptly notifies you and provides live progress updates so you always know exactly when your order will be ready.

How can I configure Smart Receipt for my store?

Smart Receipt is automatically enabled for all our stores, ensuring that every customer receives this enhanced receipt. You can, however, customize the message your customers see. To configure this:

  • Log in to your Snackpass dashboard.

  • Navigate to SETTINGS > ALL ORDERS from the left-side menu.


  • Find the RECEIPT section at the top of the page.

  • Customize the Smart Receipt Customer Message, keeping in mind that it can be up to 275 characters, including emojis.

  • Click the submit button at the bottom right to save your changes.

What does the Smart Receipt look like for customers?

Here's an overview of how the Smart Receipt experience appears for customers:

  • Order is PLACED.

  • Order is IN PROGRESS.

  • Order is READY.
