When you first receive your Snackpass admin credentials and log into the Snackpass dashboard, your store's information will initially be empty. To set up your account, you will need to input the required details. This guide will walk you through each section to ensure your onboarding process is smooth and efficient.
The ONBOARDING tab is located on the left-hand menu—it's the second tab from the top. Once you navigate to the ONBOARDING tab, you will be prompted to complete ten sections for your account. Completing these sections should take approximately 15 minutes.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled out to proceed.
Section 1: Business Information
The BUSINESS INFORMATION section is entirely mandatory. Click EDIT to begin filling out the details. You will be redirected to the SETTINGS – STORE page. Here's what you need to provide:
Store Name*:
The name that will appear to customers across all Snackpass platforms.Email*:
This email will be used for account-related information, including subscriptions, billing, and tax purposes.Phone*:
Your store's contact number.Address*:
The complete address of your store.Timezone*:
Select your store's timezone. This is crucial for ensuring accurate sales reports.Store Hours*:
The hours your store is open to customers.
Section 2: Business Verification
This section requires detailed legal information about your business. All fields are mandatory.
Legal Business Name*:
Enter your legal business name exactly as it appears on your federal IRS documents (e.g., 147C letter or SS-4 confirmation letter). Ensure that punctuation and capitalization match.Employer Identification Number (EIN)*:
Provide your nine-digit EIN as it appears on your IRS documentation. If you use your Social Security Number (SSN) for business tax purposes, you can enter that instead.Business Phone Number*:
Enter the phone number registered with your business.

Section 3: Brand And Appearance
This section helps define your store's identity across Snackpass platforms. The following fields are required unless otherwise noted:
Username*:
This will be used in the URL for your online ordering and custom website.Logo*:
Upload the logo that will represent your store in the app, online ordering, and kiosks.Cover Photo*:
This image will appear at the top of your app and online ordering page.Brand Color*:
Choose a color for buttons on your kiosk and your punch card in the Snackpass App.Store Emoji:
(Optional) Select an emoji that represents your store.Kiosk Splash Video:
Upload a video to display on your kiosks' splash screens.Digital Receipt Background:
Provide an image to appear on digital receipts for your customers. For more details, visit our Smart Receipt article.Register Secondary Display:
If you use a dual-screen register, upload the image tobe displayed on the customer-facing screen.
Section 4: Tax Settings
Tax Rate:
Set the applicable tax rates for your store. You can define these rates universally or specify them by fulfillment type. Please ensure your tax rates are set correctly and comply with local tax regulations. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to ensure accuracy before making any updates.
Section 5: All Orders
Bag Fee:
Configure an additional fee for individual bags, and choose whether to apply this fee automatically to all orders.Review Links:
Enter the URL for your restaurant's review page on platforms like Yelp or Google. Once customers complete their order, they can click 'Add Review' to share their feedback directly on the linked platform.
Section 6: Tipping
Tip Image:
Upload a custom image to be displayed on the tipping screen at your kiosks and registers, encouraging customers to add a tip at checkout.
Section 7: Promotions
Rewards Program:
Set up a point-based rewards system to offer promotions and build customer loyalty. For detailed instructions on creating reward-based promotions, refer to this instructional video.
Section 8: Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards:
Activate the option for customers to purchase digital gift cards directly through your Snackpass online ordering site.Physical Gift Cards:

Section 9: Delivery
First-Party Delivery:

Fill out the form to connect your store to third-party delivery services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and others. This integration allows you to receive orders directly into your SnackOS Orders tab or Kitchen Display System (KDS). Learn more about this integration in our Third-Party Delivery Article.
Section 10: Other Products
Custom Website:
Request a custom website for online ordering tailored specifically to your business. Simply complete the form to get started.Catering Orders:
Set up a dedicated catering account by filling out the form, so you can efficiently manage and process large catering orders.Snackpass App Listing:
Add your store to the Snackpass app, allowing customers to easily find and order from your restaurant through the app.
Please note that not every section of the onboarding page needs to be completed, as you may choose not to use certain features or products. However, you must fill out all required fields (marked with an asterisk *) to fully navigate the dashboard. Once these required sections are completed, you'll have full access to all dashboard features without any restrictions.
