The Snackpass dashboard has been revamped with a sleek new design and streamlined navigation, making it faster and easier to manage your account. The updated dashboard is now organized into four intuitive sections:

First, visit https://dashboard.snackpass.co/ and log in with your admin credentials. Once inside, you'll notice a refreshed interface. While all the same features are still available, we've reorganized things and renamed a few tabs. The left-side menu remains your main navigation tool. Let's get started

The first three tabs you'll see are:

  1. Search

    Quickly find specific features or tabs within the Snackpass dashboard, making navigation faster and more efficient.


  2. What's New

    Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, including new features and improvements across all Snackpass products.

  3. Support

    Instantly connect with Snackpass support through chat for help with any issues or questions you may have.




Following these tabs, the dashboard menu is organized into four main categories.

Store

  • Dashboard

    Get a quick overview of key store metrics, such as sales, top promotions, and customer feedback. The new Quick Actions feature allows you to easily perform tasks like inviting team members, viewing payout history, and more.

  • Orders

    View and manage your orders efficiently. Actions include refunding orders, pausing orders, and other common tasks.

  • Menu

    Manage your Snackpass menu, third-party menu, special menu items, and inventory all in one place.

    • Items: This subtab lets you manage your Snackpass menu items. For more details, check out our menu editing guide.

    • Menus: Formerly called Special Menus, this subtab allows you to create specific sections of your menu, such as for special events or times of day, with optional price adjustments. Learn more in this helpful article.

    • Third Party: If you're integrated with Deliverect, this subtab lets you manage your menu for third-party platforms. Control markups, item availability, categories, store hours, and more. Learn how to use this feature here.

    • Ingredients: Previously known as Inventory, this subtab helps you track and manage the stock levels of ingredients for your menu items. For guidance on how to manage inventory, visit this article.

Growth

  • Guestbook

    Engage with customers, manage their loyalty points, and track store credit all in one place.

    • Conversations: Customers can chat directly with you, and vice versa, to foster engagement.

    • Customer Loyalty: Manage customer points and store credit. For more details, check out this video.

    • Audit Log: Track manual adjustments made to customer data within the dashboard for full transparency.


  • Marketing

    Manage marketing tools like promotions, gift cards, SMS, and push campaigns to connect with your customers.

    • Promos: Create various types of promotions to drive sales and engage customers. For detailed instructions on creating each type of promo, please visit the Promos section and watch our video tutorials.


    • Gift Cards: Offer both digital and physical gift cards. Learn more in this article.

    • SMS & Push Campaigns: Previously under the Guestbook tab, these features allow you to create targeted campaigns that reach your customers directly. For more details, visit this article.


  • Digital Presence

    Manage your online presence, including your ordering site, catering account, QR codes, and more.

    • Online Ordering: Redirects you to your online ordering site for easy access.

    • QR Codes: Manage QR codes for online ordering and dine-in tables.


    • Build Your Own App: Redirects you to a form where we can assist in creating your custom-branded app.

    • Website: Redirects you to a form to request help in building a custom website for your store.

    • Catering: Access a form to get started with your catering account.


  • Business Tools

    Access the Shopify store for hardware purchases, submit third-party integration requests, and manage invoices.

    • Buy Hardware: Redirects you to the Snackpass Shopify site to purchase new devices for your store.

    • Invoices: Streamline the creation, sending, and management of invoices, especially useful for catering or prepaid events. Learn more in this article.

    • Integrations: Previously under the Growth tab, this section lets you request integration with Deliverect, our third-party platform. For more details, check out this Deliverect guide.

Data

  • Sales

    View detailed sales data, including tips and transactions, broken down by day, month, year, or even hourly.

    • Report: Get an overview of your sales report, with the ability to customize by date range, provider, payment method, channel, and more.

    • Hourly: See a detailed hourly breakdown of sales and tips.

    • Charts: Visualize your sales data with graphs for a clearer representation of trends and performance.


  • Labor

    Manage employee timecards and track tips through the tips report.

    • Time Cards: Create and manage timecards for employees using the Clock In / Clock Out feature.

    • Tips: View and manage a detailed report of employee tips.

  • More Reports

    Access additional reports on promotions, customer data, third-party integrations, and menu performance.

    • Customers: View a report with detailed data on all your customers.

    • Menu: Get reports on your top menu items and categories.

    • Third Parties: See a breakdown of your third-party sales by provider.

    • Promotions: Track the performance of your active promotions.

    • Gift Cards: Review gift card sales data with key insights.

    • Payouts: View a history of all payouts made to your account (formerly Payout History).

    • Cash: Access a report of all cash transactions and any actions taken on your cash register.

    • Locations: If managing multiple locations, compare sales data across each location with summary reports.

Settings

  • Store

    Manage your store's information, such as business name, hours, and other essential details.

  • Team

    Invite new team members and set up Clock In/Clock Out rules for your staff.

    • Team: Invite and manage team members, including their dashboard permissions. Learn more in this article.

    • Clock In / Clock Out: Set rules for your staff’s clocking in and out. Watch this video for guidance.


  • Devices

    Get an overview of all devices registered to your store, their status, and make edits to their settings. For detailed instructions on how to manage devices, please refer to this video.


  • Front Of House

    Customize store branding and configure order settings to match your store's needs.

    • Brand And Appearance: Formerly known as Branding, this tab lets you customize your logo, colors, kiosks video, and more.

    • Tipping: Set up your store's tipping rules.

    • All Orders: Configure settings that affect all ordering channels, including mobile, online, kiosk, and register.

    • Online Orders: Adjust settings specifically for mobile and online ordering.

    • Kiosk And Register: Previously In-Store, this tab lets you configure the in-store ordering experience for kiosk and register orders.


  • Back Of House

    Set up back-end configurations like prep stations, KDS devices, and table assignments for dine-in services.

    • Order Flow: Configure settings that determine how orders are processed.

    • Prep Stations: Create and assign prep stations to route orders based on channel or menu category. Learn more in this article.

    • Table Editor: Set up your tables and table map for dine-in services. For more details, visit this article.


  • Account & Tax

    Manage payout settings, configure tax rates, and, if eligible, download your 1099-K form for the year.

    • Account: Formerly Payouts, this section lets you set up your payout information to receive payments to your desired bank account. Learn more in this article.

    • Payout Schedule: Choose your preferred payout schedule: weekly, daily, or expedited.

    • Tax Rates: Set up tax rates for your store. Be sure to consult local regulations to configure these rates accurately.

    • Tax Forms: If eligible, download your 1099-K form for the year in this section.

    • Billing: Add a payment method to pay for your Snackpass SaaS fees.

At the very bottom of the left-side menu, you'll find your profile-related options:

  • Profile:

    • Access your personal information.

    • Update your name, phone number, or reset your password.

  • Teams:

    • View all the teams or locations you’re associated with.

    • Accept new invitations from other stores or locations directly from this section.

  • Sign Out:

    • Log out of the dashboard securely with this button.
